How NOC fuel pricing works
Nepal Oil Corporation is the sole importer and price-setter for petrol (MS), diesel (HSD), kerosene (SKO), and domestic LPG. It publishes three regional depot bands; Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dipayal sit in the highest band because of inland transport from border supply points.

What is the diesel price in Nepal today?
Diesel (HSD) is Rs 200 per litre in Kathmandu (and Pokhara / Dipayal). Border Tarai depots are slightly lower.

Why do petrol rates differ by city?

How often does NOC change fuel prices?
