These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nubri Mart website and ordering services. By browsing, placing an order, or contacting us on Viber or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
Nubri Mart is an online kirana / grocery service delivering staples and household goods across Kathmandu Valley (New Baneshwor and surrounding areas). Orders may be placed on this website or confirmed through chat (Viber / WhatsApp).
2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are updated regularly. We aim for transparent, fair rates, but prices can change with the market. The price confirmed when we accept your order is the price that applies, unless we contact you about a shortage or substitution.
Product photos, weights, and descriptions are for guidance. Pack sizes and brands may vary slightly depending on stock.
3. Orders
Adding items to your cart does not reserve stock. An order is accepted when we confirm it by phone, Viber, WhatsApp, or email. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the delivery area is outside our service zone, or we cannot verify your contact details.
Please provide an accurate phone number and delivery address. Wrong or incomplete details may delay delivery.
4. Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Kathmandu Valley when you order before 16:00 (local time), subject to traffic, weather, and stock. Delivery is free across Kathmandu Valley. Where free delivery is shown with an asterisk (*), standard Valley conditions apply; special or remote locations may be quoted separately.
Current headline delivery charge: Free. Opening hours are typically 07:00–20:00.
5. Payment
We currently accept: Cash, eSewa, Khalti, Card. Payment method is confirmed when your order is accepted. Cash on delivery remains available for most Valley orders.
6. Cancellations and returns
You may cancel before the order is dispatched by calling or messaging us promptly. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, contact us the same day with a photo and we will replace or refund that item where appropriate. Perishable and opened goods may not be returnable except for quality issues.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site (scraping, attacking, or interfering with checkout). Content on nubrimart.com is for personal shopping use. Trademarks and brand names belong to their owners.
8. Liability
We deliver with care, but we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, severe weather, road closures). Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders after the update date.
